In Prescott, school is in!
The Prescott Learning Centre is now open! This is Parkland School Division's newest kindergarten to Grade 9 school and it is just steps away from the Averton show home located at 14 Prescott Blvd (MAP!). Not many new communities can boast that their residents can walk to a school. With the overcrowding and limited availability elsewhere in the region, buying a new Averton home in Prescott is a good choice for any young family to make!
